Projekte sind sehr vielfältig. Das spiegelt sich auch in den Vorgehensmodellen wieder. Es ist wichtig, dass die Studierenden die zentralen Unterschiede und Einsatzgebiete der einzelnen Modelle verstehen, um sie in der Projektpraxis sinnvoll einzusetzen.

Ohne Praxiserfahrung ist es für die Studierenden aber schwierig, den grundsätzlichen Unterschied zwischen agilen und klassischen (planungsorientierten) Projekten zu verstehen.

Hier hilft ein interaktiver Einstieg, bei der Lego Challenge können Studierende gleich selbst etwas in einem Team (4-7 Personen pro Team) umsetzen, zuerst klassisch ein Legohaus bauen und danach agil einen deutlich weniger komplexen Output erstellen.

Die unterschiedliche Rollenverteilung, z.B. die Bedeutung des Projektmanagers/der Projektmanagerin und die Rolle des Teammitglieds
Die Schwierigkeit zu Projektbeginn realistische Schätzungen über den Projektfortschritt zu machen
